Utilize our updated Tech Support Form to effectively communicate any product-related issues you encounter. Completing this form is the initial and crucial step in the Tech Support process. 

Tech Support will return customer phone calls from Monday to Thursday between 12:30 and 2:30 pm Mountain Time, responding within 48 hours of initial contact. Requests submitted on Friday or over the weekend will receive a response on the subsequent Monday. 

FOR DISCONTINUTED TACSOL PRODUCTS
Parts and support are maintained for a period of 7 years after discontinuance.
