Website Purchases Return Policy

All items being returned to Tactical Solutions must be accompanied by an RMA number which can be obtained by calling Tactical Solutions’ Customer Service Department at 866-333-9901.  Items being returned to Tactical Solutions must be unused and be accompanied by a Tactical Solutions Invoice within 30 days of the original purchase date. No product returns are allowed after 30 days from date of purchase.  Product returned will be inspected for use or damage.  If no use or damage is detected, a full refund will be issued to the credit card under which the original order was purchased.

Product Service Policy

Returns for service on an item purchased from Tactical Solutions or from a Tactical Solutions Dealer require an R/A Number which can be obtained by calling Tactical Solutions’ Technical Support Department at 866-333-9901. Once the product has been properly returned to Tactical Solutions with an R/A number, our Technical Support will inspect, repair, and return the product to the customer.  If the product is not repairable, refer to the policies listed below.

If the item(s) cannot be repaired and the repair needed was caused by a manufacturing issue, Tactical Solutions will replace the item with the same product. If Tactical Solutions is unable to repair the product and has discontinued manufacturing the product, a credit for equal value of the original purchase will be issued and the credit can be used to purchase other TacSol products.

If the item(s) cannot be repaired and the repair needed was caused by user error or user tampering, Tactical Solutions will return the product to the customer.
