You are responsible for ensuring that the FFL dealer receiving the firearms is licensed and complies with all legal requirements. Once the firearm is transferred to the FFL dealer, you must complete any required background checks and other paperwork in compliance with local laws. TacSol is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues related to delivery or transfer. 

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tacticalsol.com. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund if applicable. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
