Free Shipping: TacSol offers complimentary standard shipping on dealer orders over $3,000, and for website orders exceeding $100 (excluding taxes, fees, and promotions). Additional charges may apply for expedited or alternative shipping methods. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply based on the chosen method and delivery address.

Shipping Methods: We primarily utilize standard shipping, however, additional charges may apply for expedited or alternative shipping methods. Shipping fees are determined during checkout and depend on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Times: Ensure accurate shipping information to prevent delays. We’re not liable for delays due to inaccurate addresses. Delivery times vary based on destination and selected method.

Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for monitoring delivery progress.

Return policy

What is TacSol’s return policy?
To return TacSol website non-firearm purchases, you must first obtain an RMA number by contacting our Customer Service Department at 866-333-9901. All returned items must be unused and accompanied by a TacSol invoice within 30 days of the original purchase date. No returns are accepted after this period. Returned products will undergo inspection for any signs of use or damage. If no issues are found, a refund will be issued to the original credit card. If the product is found to have damage a refund will not be issued and the product is not eligible for return.
Please note:
1) A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied to merchandise returns.
2) Discounted / sale / or custom color items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3) The customer is also responsible for return shipment costs and arrangement.
4) Firearms and/or serialized items are not eligible for returns once possession has taken place. (customer is responsible for checking to ensure they are receiving the correct item the ordered while at the dealer)

Product Service Policy

To initiate a return for service within the United States for an item purchased from TacSol or a TacSol Dealer, you must obtain an R/A Number by contacting our Technical Support Department at 866-333-9901. Once the product is returned to TacSol with the R/A number, our Technical Support team will inspect, repair, and return the product to you. If the product is determined to be irreparable due to a manufacturing issue, TacSol will replace it with the same product. If the product is discontinued, a credit equal to the original purchase value will be issued for use toward other TacSol products. However, if the repair is needed due to user error or tampering, the product will be returned to the customer as is, at customer expense.

FOR DISCONTINUED TACSOL PRODUCTS – Parts and support are maintained for a period of 7 years after discontinuance.
